1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Blueridge Federal Credit Union website, mobile applications, and online banking services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a member in good standing of Blueridge Federal Credit Union. You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account or applying for services.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Electronic Communications

By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including account statements, notices, and marketing materials. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueridge Federal Credit Union shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
